How do I start my return? 

1. Go to our Return Portal
2. Enter your Order Number and either Email, Zip code, or Phone to look up your order.
3. Select the product you would like to return and send back your products using the return label provided.

Please return all product packaging and tags with your item.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Most orders are refunded within 1-3 business days of receiving the return package at our warehouse. Please note that depending on your bank, it could take up to 5 days for the return to be posted on your account. If you have any questions about your refund please email hello@wolfrepublic.com.

 

When will I receive my exchange?

At this time we do not offer exchanges, however you may simply return your unwanted item and place a new order for the new item. 

 

Can I return an item after 30 days? 

We stand behind our product and quality and will replace any broken or damaged items that occurred from normal use after the 30 day return window. Please note we cannot replace products that have been obviously chewed as it does not fall under our normal use clause!
